MASUMASU Android Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the Android version of MASUMASU (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Educational purpose
The App provides JLPT vocabulary study and review tools. It is a learning aid, not an official product of the Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services, and it does not guarantee an examination result, language level, or the accuracy of every translation, example, pronunciation, or classification. Please report suspected errors to contact@nativeuno.com.
2. License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App as permitted by Google Play and applicable law. You may not resell the App or its paid access, interfere with security or purchase verification, use automated means to extract the vocabulary database or audio collection, or use the App unlawfully. Third-party content and open-licensed audio remain subject to their respective licenses and notices shown in the App.
3. Free and Plus features
The core vocabulary study experience is available without an App account. Free users may see ads. Optional Plus access unlocks example sentences and translations with furigana and removes ads. Features may be improved, corrected, or reorganized over time, but we will not knowingly misrepresent a paid benefit.
4. Google Play purchases
Plus may be offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription and as a lifetime one-time purchase. The Google Play purchase screen shows the current localized price and billing period before you confirm. Subscription charges renew automatically unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal. Canceling stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid period. A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable entitlement for this App.
Google Play processes payment methods, billing, cancellation, and applicable refunds. You can manage subscriptions in Google Play and use “Restore purchases” in the App. Prices, taxes, currencies, and availability may vary by country. Any refund rights provided by local law remain unaffected.
5. Availability and changes
We may maintain, correct, update, or discontinue parts of the App. Network-dependent features, remote pronunciation, advertising, Google Play Billing, and purchase restoration may be temporarily unavailable because of connectivity or third-party service conditions. We will take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not required by law. The developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App where such limits are lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when the App, purchase options, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.

본 약관은 MASUMASU Android 버전(이하 “앱”)에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.
1. 교육 목적
앱은 JLPT 어휘 학습과 복습 도구를 제공합니다. 앱은 일본국제교류기금 또는 일본국제교육지원협회의 공식 제품이 아니며 시험 결과, 언어 수준 또는 모든 번역·예문·발음·분류의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 오류가 의심되면 contact@nativeuno.com으로 알려 주십시오.
2. 이용 권한 및 허용되는 사용
이용자는 Google Play 및 적용 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 앱을 개인적으로 사용할 수 있는 제한적·철회 가능·비독점·양도 불가능한 권한을 받습니다. 앱 또는 유료 접근 권한을 재판매하거나, 보안·구매 확인을 방해하거나, 자동화된 방식으로 어휘 데이터베이스 또는 음성 모음을 추출하거나, 앱을 위법하게 사용할 수 없습니다. 제3자 콘텐츠와 공개 라이선스 음성에는 앱에 표시된 각 라이선스와 고지가 적용됩니다.
3. 무료 및 Plus 기능
앱 계정 없이 핵심 어휘 학습 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 무료 이용자에게 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 선택적 Plus는 후리가나가 포함된 예문·번역을 제공하고 광고를 제거합니다. 기능은 개선·수정·재구성될 수 있으나 유료 혜택을 고의로 잘못 설명하지 않습니다.
4. Google Play 구매
Plus는 자동 갱신 월간·연간 구독과 평생 일회성 구매로 제공될 수 있습니다. 구매 확정 전 Google Play 화면에 현지 가격과 결제 주기가 표시됩니다. 구독은 갱신 전에 Google Play에서 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 취소하면 이후 갱신이 중단되며 일반적으로 결제 기간 종료까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 평생 구매는 이 앱의 비소비성 이용 권한입니다.
결제수단, 청구, 취소 및 적용되는 환불은 Google Play가 처리합니다. Google Play에서 구독을 관리하고 앱의 “구매 복원”을 사용할 수 있습니다. 가격, 세금, 통화 및 제공 여부는 국가별로 다를 수 있으며, 현지법상 보장되는 환불 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
5. 제공 및 변경
앱의 일부를 유지보수·수정·업데이트하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 네트워크 기능, 원격 발음, 광고, Google Play 결제 및 구매 복원은 연결 상태나 제3자 서비스 사정으로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 합리적인 주의를 기울이지만 중단이나 오류가 전혀 없음을 보장하지 않습니다.
6. 면책 및 책임
법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 앱은 “있는 그대로”, “이용 가능한 상태로” 제공되며 법률상 필수적이지 않은 보증은 제공하지 않습니다. 법률상 허용되는 경우 개발자는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적 또는 결과적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리나 책임은 본 약관으로 배제되지 않습니다.
7. 변경 및 문의
앱, 구매 옵션 또는 법적 요구가 변경되면 본 약관을 갱신할 수 있으며, 변경 공개 시 시행일을 갱신합니다.
