Start studying
- Choose your JLPT level from N5 to N1.
- Open a chapter and study the flashcards.
- Recall the answer before revealing it, then mark how well you remembered.
- Use Saved Words for focused review and Custom Words for your own local list.
Your progress, settings, saved words, and custom words are stored on this device. MASUMASU does not require an App account.
Pronunciation
Tap the speaker button on a catalog word when it is available. Most audio is included with the App; some pronunciations require a network connection. If neither bundled nor remote audio can be played, the App may use the Android text-to-speech service configured on your device for catalog words. User-created custom words are kept local and do not show remote or text-to-speech controls.
MASUMASU Plus
Plus unlocks example sentences and translations with furigana and removes ads. It may be available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime purchase. Current localized terms and prices are shown by Google Play before purchase.
If a completed purchase is not recognized:
- Confirm the device uses the Google Account that made the purchase.
- Check that Google Play is online and updated.
- Open MASUMASU Settings → Word Insights → Restore Purchases.
- Restart the App after restoration finishes.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play: profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Ads and privacy choices
Free users may see ads. Plus users do not. If “Ad privacy options” appears in Settings, use it to review or change available consent choices. Android and Google advertising settings may offer additional controls.
Reset or remove data
Open a JLPT level’s chapter list and use its reset control to clear that level’s study records. Saved and custom words can be removed inside their respective screens. Uninstalling the App removes its local data from the device; Google-managed Android backups follow your Google Account backup settings.
Troubleshooting
- No sound: raise media volume, disable silent output routes, and retry with a network connection for remote pronunciations.
- Purchase unavailable: verify Google Play connectivity and that the product is offered in your country, then retry later.
- Content or translation issue: include the JLPT level, word, and a screenshot when contacting support.

발음
카탈로그 단어에 스피커 버튼이 표시되면 눌러 재생할 수 있습니다. 대부분의 음성은 앱에 포함되어 있으며 일부 발음에는 네트워크 연결이 필요합니다. 포함 음성과 원격 음성을 모두 재생할 수 없으면 앱은 카탈로그 단어에 기기에 설정된 Android TTS 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 만든 단어는 로컬로만 유지되며 원격 음성이나 TTS 컨트롤을 표시하지 않습니다.
MASUMASU Plus
Plus는 후리가나가 포함된 예문·번역을 제공하고 광고를 제거합니다. 월간 구독, 연간 구독 또는 평생 구매로 제공될 수 있으며, 구매 전에 Google Play가 현지 가격과 조건을 표시합니다.
완료한 구매가 인식되지 않으면 다음을 확인하십시오.
- 구매한 Google 계정이 기기에 로그인되어 있는지 확인합니다.
- Google Play가 온라인이고 최신 상태인지 확인합니다.
- MASUMASU 설정 → 단어 깊이보기 → 구매 복원을 엽니다.
- 복원이 끝난 뒤 앱을 다시 시작합니다.
구독 관리 또는 취소: Google Play 프로필 아이콘 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 취소되지 않습니다.
광고 및 개인정보 선택
무료 이용자에게 광고가 표시될 수 있고 Plus 이용자에게는 표시되지 않습니다. 설정에 “광고 개인정보 설정”이 표시되면 사용 가능한 동의 선택을 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. Android와 Google의 광고 설정에서도 추가 선택이 제공될 수 있습니다.
데이터 초기화 또는 삭제
JLPT 레벨의 챕터 목록을 열고 해당 초기화 기능을 사용하면 그 레벨의 학습 기록을 지울 수 있습니다. 저장한 단어와 사용자 단어는 각 화면에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거하면 기기의 로컬 데이터가 삭제되며, Google 관리 Android 백업은 Google 계정 백업 설정을 따릅니다.
문제 해결
- 소리가 나지 않음: 미디어 음량과 출력 장치를 확인하고, 원격 발음은 네트워크에 연결한 뒤 다시 시도합니다.
- 구매할 수 없음: Google Play 연결과 국가별 상품 제공 여부를 확인하고 잠시 뒤 다시 시도합니다.
- 콘텐츠 또는 번역 오류: JLPT 레벨, 단어와 스크린샷을 포함해 문의합니다.
